Thinkle Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Thinkle Market Sense application and related services ("the App"), provided by THINKLE AI LLC ("Thinkle", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Not financial advice. Thinkle is an informational tool only. Nothing in the App is financial, investment, tax, legal or trading advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to transact in any financial instrument. Scores, signals, scenarios, chart annotations and AI-written summaries describe how data appears at a point in time. They are not statements about what will happen and are not guidance to act. You alone are responsible for your decisions and their outcomes.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your associated data.

2. What Thinkle is — and is not

The App aggregates market data, detects technical structures, scores news sentiment and generates written summaries. It is a research and information tool.

Thinkle does not execute trades or transmit orders.
Thinkle does not connect to a broker or custody, hold, transfer or move funds.
Thinkle is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and is not registered as one in any jurisdiction.
Any portfolio or position figures are entered by you and tracked manually; they are not verified against any account.

3. Market data

Market data is supplied by third-party providers. It may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or contain errors, and markets may be closed. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, timely or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Data is provided for your personal, non-commercial use; you may not redistribute or resell it.

4. AI-generated content

Parts of the App produce text using automated models. Such output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and may not reflect current market conditions. It is generated from the data available at the time and receives no human review before you see it. Treat it as one input among many, never as a conclusion to act on.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Premium features are offered on a recurring subscription, billed through the app store on your platform.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel renewal in your app store account settings.
Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies; we cannot issue them directly.
Prices and the contents of each tier may change; we will give notice of material changes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App;
access the App by automated means, or scrape, bulk-download or redistribute its data or output;
interfere with or place undue load on our infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system;
use the App unlawfully, or present its output to others as financial advice.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features described here may evolve.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its interface, branding and generated presentation are owned by Thinkle or its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App; they transfer no ownership.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinkle shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from or relating to your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the App or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
